Junior Team and New Swimmer Evaluations
ARL - Olympic Pool

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SWIM & DIVE TEAM Dive Team - Athletes must be able to complete (1) width of the diving well (15 meters) Swim Team -Athletes must complete (2) 25 meter lengths (one freestyle and one backstroke). Junior Team*– For placement, athletes must be comfortable in the water and able to take a few strokes with side breathers before resting in ‘doggie paddle’ mode. The swimmer must also be able to float comfortable on their back and take a few strokes of backstroke. |
