Greetings!

It's another busy week in dive. Here is the rundown.

Regular practices continue Monday - Friday this week.  

Monday: we're off to Manor Country Club (14901 Carrolton Rd, Rockville, MD 20853) for our dual meet.  Please RSVP in Swimtopia.  Warmups @ 5:30 PM and the meet starts at 6:00 PM.  PLEASE LEAVE EXTRA TIME TO GET TO THIS MEET, AS MANOR IS QUITE A DISTANCE AWAY.  If you have not been to this club, take a left when you reach the Manor Country Club sign as you drive in on Carrolton Road.  Park in the parking lot on the left and walk across the street.  The pool is located behind the golf pro shop/cart barn.

Wednesday: Our last HOME meet of the season against Bethesda Country Club and when we will be honoring our graduating seniors, Derek Amberg and Naomi Krischer. They have been a huge part of the team for so many years.  Please, SAY IT ISN'T SO! Warmups @ 4:30 PM and the meet will start at 6:00 PM. 

Sunday:  We are on the road again to Kenwood Country Club for our makeup dual meet.  Warmups will start at 8:30 AM and the meet will start at 9:00 AM.  No practice at ANCC.

Looking ahead: Junior Championships (ages 12 and under) will take place during the day at Bethesda Country Club on July 23rd, and Senior Champs (ages 13-18) will be during the day at Chevy Chase Club on July 24th. The coaching staff will be making decisions about attendees and alternates for these meets after our regular meets wrap up, so please make sure to let her know if your diver is not available to compete. We LOVE to have a lot of team support at these meets, so please come and cheer on the divers!
