I'm a little late getting this email out, but welcome to the ANCC Dive Team for 2026! We're excited to start the season with so many returning divers and lots of new Patriots. We have a great coaching team again this year with returning Head Coach, Anita, returning assistant coaches, Gabby, CC, and Nathan, and new assistant coach Naomi.

Here are the practice times for the season:

Monday, 1 June to Friday, 12 June (weekdays)

• 5:50 PM to 7:00 PM

Monday, 15 June to Friday, 17 July

• 11:30 AM TO 12:30 PM: Junior Divers
• 12:30 PM TO 1:30 PM: Experienced Divers

SUNDAY DIVE PRACTICE @ 9am to 10am on the following dates - June 14, June 21, June 28, July 12

Siblings in different age groups have the option to practice at the same time and divers with a conflict can discuss changing times with the Head Coach.

By now you know that most of the activities in which your kids are involved require volunteers on some level. ANCC Dive team is no different and there are many ways you can help.

Per my previous email, we have two judges' trainings scheduled. Once you are certified, you can sign up to judge in Swimtopia.  If you completed the training in the 2024 season, you need to re-take the training this year. If you completed the training in the 2025 season, you do not.  Here is the link to the sign-up genius.

If you do not want to judge, we also need people to write scores or put labels on ribbons at the table during meets, help with our Dive Team social events, distribute team t-shirts and sammies, and prepare for the banquet later in the season.  AND we need photographers!  If you have an interest in being one of the team photographers, please let me know.  Job sign-ups for meets and events are in Swimtopia. 

Each family is required to volunteer in two slots over the course of the summer. If your family does not complete at least two shifts during the regular season, your diver(s) will be at risk of not being able to compete at Dive Champs. This is consistent with other CCSDA club team policies.

On Tuesday, 16 June, we need a few divers of varying abilities to demonstrate dives for the judges training. The training (and the divers' participation) will end around 8:00 PM. Thank you for considering letting your diver attend.

Looking ahead; our first meet will take place at Kenwood on June 22nd. Team shirts and sammies will be distributed before the first meet.
