Greetings, Team!

It's just a couple of days until Champs and we are very excited!  Just a reminder that alternates should attend practices and Champs, if possible, in case a diver falls ill or is injured. All Dive Team members are encouraged to come cheer on the team at the meets. It's always a lot of fun.

We will have practice tomorrow at Army Navy from 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM for anyone who may be unable to attend the practices at the host clubs. As a reminder, we have practice/board familiarization at Congressional CC at 1:00 - 2:00 PM for Juniors and at WGCC from 3:00 - 4:00 PM for Seniors.

Lastly, if you plan on attending the meets, please consider signing up to volunteer at the T-Shirt table for an hour. Proceeds benefit the league.
