Greetings!

It's another busy week in dive.  Here is the rundown.

Monday: practice 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM and then it's off to Washington Golf & Country Club to (hopefully) complete our rescheduled meet.  ICYMI, we had to cancel our meet last week due to the weather.  We CAN make changes to the roster, so if your diver happened to be out of town last week, but is back now, they CAN dive in the rescheduled meet.  Please RSVP in Swimtopia, let Coaches know at practice, or feel free to email me.  Or, if your diver is out of town this week, please let us know that as well.  Warmups @ 5:30 PM and the meet starts at 6:00 PM.  Prepare for a looong meet!

Tuesday: practice 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM

Wednesday: practice 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM and that evening our last dual meet of the season (WHAT?!?!) at HOME and when we will be honoring our graduating seniors, Arissona Winn and Hamilton Ridenhour.  They have been a huge part of the team for so many years.  Please, SAY IT ISN'T SO!  Warmups @ 4:30 and the meet will start at 6:00 PM.  I still need a couple of judges for this meet, please.

Thursday:  practice 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM

Friday: practice 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM

Sunday: practice 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Looking ahead: Junior Championships (ages 12 and under) will take place during the day at Congressional Country Club on July 24th and Senior Champs (ages 13-18) will be during the day at Washington Golf on July 25th. Coach Anita will be making decisions after our meets wrap up about attendees and alternates for these meets, so please make sure to let her know if your diver is not available to compete. We LOVE to have a lot of team support at these meets, so please come and cheer on the team if you can!
