Greetings!

We have a bit of a quiet week with no meets scheduled, and I hope everyone enjoys a mid-season break, but we will try to keep things fun by doing some sammy (and/or t-shirt) tie dye on Wednesday!

Monday: regular practice 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Tuesday: regular practice 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Wednesday: regular practice 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM - Tie dye will take place on the lawn adjacent to the pool starting by noon, so divers can go to practice for a while and then come over to tie dye (use the upper gate, the lower gate will not be open).  Don't worry if you can't make it on Wednesday.  There will be other opportunities!

Thursday: regular practice 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Friday: NO PRACTICE!  Happy Independence Day!! Please check the Club's website for the schedule of activities.

Sunday: practice 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Looking ahead; we have an AWAY meet at Bethesda next Monday and an AWAY meet at Washington Golf next Wednesday.
