Greetings!

Practice continues this week 5:50 PM - 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday.

There is no practice on Friday due to the Blue and Gold swim meet.

We will have our first Sunday practice on June 15th from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.  

Practices move to the following schedule starting June 16th.

• 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM – Ages 8 and Under and 11-12 Year Olds
• 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM – 9-10 Year Olds and 13 and Overs

Looking ahead; our first meet will take place at home vs. Kenwood on June 16th. The theme is Team Spirit; everyone should wear as much ANCC gear and blue and gold as possible!  Warmups are at 5:00 PM and the meet starts at 6:00 PM.  Please sign up to judge in Swimtopia if you have completed the training. 

I will do my best to pass out all of the team shirts and sammies before the first meet.

ICYMI, there is one more chance to attend the judges training tonight at 6:30 PM at Bethesda Country Club.
