Hello, Team! 

I can't believe the season is almost over. We made it through all of our regular season meets without any rain outs!  Champs is just around the corner, and we are so proud of all of our divers.  

We will have practice at the regular times on Monday and Tuesday.  Champs entries and alternates should attend.

On Wednesday we have practice/board familiarization at the hosting clubs.  

Juniors (8-12 year olds): 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM @ MANOR COUNTRY CLUB. 

Seniors (14-18 year olds): 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ CHEVY CHASE CLUB

Alternates should attend practices and Champs, if possible, in case one of the diver's falls ill or is injured. Please let us know if any divers need transportation to the Wednesday practice and we can make arrangements.

All Dive Team members are encouraged to come cheer on the team at the meets.

Friday, July 26th is the Dive Team Splash Party from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Join the team at the ANCC Olympic pool for a casual fun get together after Champs.

Looking ahead to next week, we have our annual Swim and Dive Banquet on Friday, August 2nd at 5:00 PM in the ballroom.  Get dressed up for awards, dancing, and partying with your teammates.  You must register in advance at this link:
