Please arrive beginning at 7:45am with warm-ups for all age groups 8-8:30am * there are about 20 divers across age groups so it should move quickly. 

* Please arrive by 9:15 am. * warm-ups for Synchro will be begin right after the B Meet ends and we will give the kids ample time to warm-up with their partners. * each pair gets two dives and will be judged on both EXECUTION and SYNCHRONIZATION. * there are about 30 teams signed up right now. * Coaches can judge this event and we will use paper sheets.

OTHER DETAILS * parking should not be a problem in the morning near the pool but the lot across Glebe Road is also an option and there is a tunnel that goes under the street to head over to the pool side. * Our snack bar will be open at 8am for breakfast items, coffee, juice, etc. * please have the kids bring their own towels as usual.
