Greetings and apologies for the lateness of this message!

Here is what's going on this week:

HOME meet tonight vs. Washington Golf.  Warmups take place between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, especially for the 12 and under crowd.  There will be an additional warm up before the 14-18 yo event.

Tie Dye Tuesday on the 9th from 11:30 am - 1:30 PM to decorate sammies and/or shirts.  Please bring the items with you that you wish to tie dye.  This will take place outside the lower pool deck gate.

Regular practice on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Saturday is the B Meet and Synchro fun meet at Washington Golf.  

Warmups for the B meet begin at 8:00 am and the meet begins at 8:30am.

This is offered to: 

1. exhibition divers who want to build confidence by competing in a meet

2. 10 and under 'developing divers' who have a legal list of dives but don’t normally place in the top 3 at meets 

3. any age divers who need this meet to make 3 meets to qualify for Champs. 

Please indicate your divers' interest in the meet by filling out the sign up genius.  I will work with Coach Anita on their list and get them entered into the computer.  

SYNCHRONIZED DIVING MEET - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Please have your divers sign up on the SignUp Genius as a duo and can be across age groups. This is a fun (and sometimes silly) meet on the 1M boards only - each team gets two rounds of dives. “Judging” will be done by the coaches. We would like to begin warmups for Synchro no later than 9:30am and be done by 11am. This will be done on paper dive sheets that can be filled out that morning (or in advance).  We may need to enlist the help of some parents to help with scorekeeping for the synchro portion of the meet.  

Encourage your divers to dress alike with any fun costumes, bathing suits, etc. and create a theme. We are excited to bring this event back!
