Greetings!

We are heading into the final week of regular dual meets.  Can you believe it?  This is also the time when Coach Anita will start confirming eligibility to be considered for the Champs meets that take place on July 20th and 21st.  

In order to be considered, by the end of next week divers must 1) have competed in at least 3 regular dual meets, 2) be able to perform one additional dive than regular meets, 3) be able to attend the meet.

Here is what's coming up.

Sunday, July 9: we will have practice from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. 

Monday, July 10: regular practice from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM and we also have a HOME meet VS. Chevy Chase Club.  Warm ups are at 5:00 PM and the meet will start at 6:00 PM.  Please RSVP your diver's status so I know whether to enter them in the meet and sign up for jobs in Swimtopia.

Tuesday, July 11: regular practice from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Wednesday, July 12:  regular practice from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM and we also have an AWAY meet at Congressional Country Club, 8500 River Rd, Bethesda, MD 20817.  Warm ups are at 5:30 PM and the meet will start at 6:00 PM. Please RSVP your diver's status so I know whether to enter them in the meet and sign up for jobs in Swimtopia.

Thursday, July 13: regular practice from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Friday, July 14: FUN FRIDAY starting at 10:00 AM featuring KARAOKE and ice cream sandwiches.
