There are some changes and additions to the practice schedule. 

SUNDAY DIVE PRACTICE - 9am to 10am, June 11, June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16

Monday, 12 June to Wednesday, 14 June: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM AND 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM Thursday, 15 June to Friday, 21 July (weekdays): 11:30 AM TO 1:30 PM 

I will begin distributing team t-shirts and sammies at practices starting this week.

PICTURE DAY AND OUR FIRST FUN FRIDAY IS THE MORNING OF JUNE 23RD! (details to follow)

And another shameless plug for dive judges: WE NEED YOU! Please email me your certificates after completing the online course.  There is an in-person training on Tuesday at 6:30 PM at the Annandale Swim and Tennis Club (7530 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA 22003).  Please attend if you can and don't forget we have zoom trainings being conducted by MDC:

June 15 6:30 - 7:30pm Training for New Referees 

June 20 6:30 - 8:00pm Training for New Judges & Judging Q&A
