Greetings!

We have a bye Monday night and no rain makeup, so we will have an intra-club synchronized dive meet at ANCC just for fun. No experience necessary!  Warm ups will be at 5:30 and the meet will run from 6:00pm to about 7:30 pm. 

Also on Monday at practice: New Dive Donut Day!  Try a new dive, eat a donut! Perfect your new dive over the next couple of days and maybe perform it in the meet on Wednesday. 

Speaking of Wednesday, we have a meet at HOME vs. Manor Country Club. Warm ups are at 4:30 pm and the meet will start at 6:00. It will also be the last home meet for our graduating seniors!  Plan on staying until the end to cheer them on. 

Picture day is Wednesday.

No practice Thursday and Sunday.
