Regular practice Monday-Wednesday (11:45 am - 1:45 pm).

We have an away meet on Wednesday night against Chevy Chase (Chevy Chase Club 6100 Connecticut Ave, Chevy Chase, MD 20815)  Warm ups are at 5:30 pm and the meet will start at 6:00 pm. Divers may dive exhibition at away meets and it is a good experience for all to participate whether or not they have the required number of dives to earn points for the team.  Please let me know if your diver needs transportation to arrive on time.  We will need at least one judge for this meet.  

There is no practice on Thursday.

On Friday, we have our second Fun Friday at 10:00 am where divers and swimmers participate together on teams led by our seniors to compete in some Olympic-style events.  Dive practice will commence at the end of the event and run until 12:00 PM.

If you did not get your team shirt or shammy, please let me know at practice and I will give them to you.
