Diving Board familiarization on Wednesday, July 24th - At WGCC - 12 & under, 10 & under and 8 & under will take the boards at 4 pm, please be there by 3:45 pm. At Bethesda - 14 & under and 18 & under will take the boards at 2 pm, please be there by 1:45 pm.

Practice will continue at ANCC from 11:45 pm - 2:15 pm, for those going to champs and alternates, please attend the practice.
