We have a full week this week.  Here is what is going on:

Monday, July 8th -  We will have our own Synchro meet at ANCC - Warm ups begin at 5 pm with the Synchro starting at 6 pm and lasting about 1 1/2 hours

Wednesday, July 10th - Team Pictures at 10 am - Ice Cream Social after pictures

Wednesday, July 10th - Dive meet at home against Chevy Chase - Warm ups begin at 4:30 pm - meet begins at 6 pm.  I will need 3 judges, please email me if you can judge.

Friday, July 12th - Yellow Ribbon Aquathon during practice 

Sunday, July 14th - Dive Relays at Manor - Warm ups begin at 7:30 am - meet begins around 8:30 am

Dive Practices -  Monday - Friday 11:45 am - 2:15 pm, Saturday 10 - 11 am
