The “B” meet/synchro will not take place this Sunday, July 7th at WGCC. They had a hosting issue due to the holiday activities at their pool.

We will not be doing a Synchro meet with the other clubs this year.  We are going to be doing a Dive Relay Meet at Manor on Sunday, July 14th.  Here is the format for the relay.

7:30am warm-ups: 8:30am meet starts

Each team will have 5 divers.
We will try to have one diver from each age group, but will mostly likely have to have some divers "dive up".
Each team will do 8 dives. 4 vols. 4 ops.
8's will do 1 dive
10's will do 1 dive
12's will do 2 dives
14's will do 2 dives
18's will do 2 dives

Each team will get together before the meet and decide who is doing what dive - anything goes as long as they follow the 4 vols/4 ops rule. They will fill out a dive sheet with their TEAM NAME, their names and their 8 dives. (I've attached a copy of the Dive Relay Dive Sheet) We'll collect the papers before the meet and work from the sheets. 

Reps will do the table work. Coaches will be judges.
