Our dive meets begin this week:

Monday, June 24th at Manor Country Club (14901 Carrolton Rd, Rockville, MD 20853), please be at that pool by 5 pm and our warm ups begin at 5:30 pm.  Please allow at least an hour to get up to Manor if not more, traffic is really bad. Judges needed.

Wednesday, June 26th at Kenwood Country Club (5601 River Rd, Bethesda, MD  20816) please be at the pool by 5 pm and our warm ups begin at 5:30 pm. Judges needed.

Practice Schedule:

Morning Practices from 11:45 am - 2:30 pm
Evening practice: Thursday 5:30 pm - 7 pm (only if there is no swim meeting)
Saturday & Sunday Practices: 10 am - 11 am

Tuesday is New Dive Donut Day, so if you learn a new dive you will get a donut.

Friday is Crazy About Krispies event starting at 10:30 am.
