Hi everyone -

It just seems like we just started the season and now it's almost over. Please make sure to read this email in its entirety, there is lots of information regarding Champs and All Stars. Junior Champs is at Congressional, Senior Champs is at Army Navy, and All Stars is at Army Navy.

I have attached the list of Divers going to Champs and the Alternates. Congratulations to those that have been selected to represent ANCC at Champs. If for any reason the diver or alternate diver is not available for Champs, please let us know as soon as possible. We would like the alternates to attend champs as well, just in case one of the diver's falls ill. We also would love to see all the other divers at Champs so they can cheer for the team. For those that were not selected for champ and the alternates that did not dive at champs, you should attend All Stars on Saturday morning.

Here is the schedule for this week:

Practices

Monday and Tuesday 11:30 am - 2:30 pm. The Wednesday morning practice will not be available for divers due to champ board practices by the other clubs.  We are scheduled on our boards from 5-6 pm for all senior champ divers on Wednesday, so you can attend practice at that time. On Thursday afternoon after Junior Champs, the Senior Champ divers should plan to attend practice from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. On Friday, after Senior Champs, Coach Anita will have dive practice for those that will be attending All Stars from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

Champ Board Practice - Wednesday, July 18th
8 & under, 10 & under, and 12 & under at Congressional - Practice time from 2 pm - 3 pm, please be there by 1:45 pm so we can get on the boards at 2 pm.

14 & under and 18 & under at Army Navy - Practice time from 5 pm - 6 pm , please be there by 4:30 pm so we can get on the boards by 5 pm

Junior Champs (8 & under, 10 & under and 12 & under) - Thursday, July 19th at Congressional

Warm ups begin at 7:30 am, please be there a few minutes early. Meet will begin at 9 am.

Senior Champs (14 & under and 18 & under) - Friday, July 20th at Army Navy

Warm ups begin at 7:30 am, please be there a few minutes early. Meet will begin at 9 am.

All Stars Champs - Saturday, July 21st at Army Navy

Warm ups begin at 7:30 am, with a start time of 9:00 am. The All Star Meet is open to anyone who is not invited to compete at Champs. Alternates who do not make it to the "Official" Status at Champs are also eligible to dive in the meet. This is a fun meet. Please make sure to let me and Anita know if you will be attending All Stars.
