Here are some reminders and we added a new event for the dive team, please read the following:

Swim & Dive Team Picture & Ice Cream Fun Day - Wednesday, July 11th beginning at 10:00 am - with pictures first followed by ice cream.

Away Dive meet against Chevy Chase - Wednesday, July 11th at 6 pm - we begin warm ups at 5:30 pm so please be on the pool deck and ready to start warms ups by 5:20 pm. Please make sure to let Coach Anita know if you will be attending and what dives you will be doing. We will need 5 judges, please let me know if you can judge.

Away Dive meet against SHRA - "B" Meet - Friday, July 13th at 2 pm - This dive meet is for those that have not place 1st or 2nd at a regular meet and open to everyone who have participated at a "B" meet -  we begin warm ups at 2 pm so please be on the pool deck and ready to start warms ups by 1:45 and the meet will start as soon as warm ups are over. Please make sure to let Coach Anita know if you will be attending and what dives you will be doing. We will need 5 judges.

Practices:

• Morning practices begin M-F 11:45 am - 2:45 pm
• Afternoon and weekend practices: Th & F 5:30 -7 pm, Sat & Sun 9:30 am -10:30 am

Dive Fun Day @ ANCC Fairfax - Sunday, July 15th at 4:00 pm - Come have fun at the Fairfax pool with fellow divers - If you would like to stay for the Backyard Barbecue, please make sure to bring a change of clothes.
