Here are the dive activities for this week:

Home Dive meet against CONGO - Monday, July 9th at 6 pm - we begin warm ups at 4:30 - 5:30 pm. Please make sure to let Coach Anita know if you will be attending and what dives you will be doing. We will be needing 5 judges for each meet.

Dive meet against Chevy Chase - Wednesday, July 11th at 6 pm - we begin warm ups at 5:30 pm so please be on the pool deck and ready to start warms ups by 5:30 pm. Please make sure to let Coach Anita know if you will be attending and what dives you will be doing. We will need 5 judges.

Dive meet against SHRA - "B" Meet - Friday, July 13th at 5:30 pm - we begin warm ups at 5:00 pm so please be on the pool deck and ready to start warms ups by 5:00 pm. Please make sure to let Coach Anita know if you will be attending and what dives you will be doing. We will need 5 judges.

Practices:

• Morning practices begin M-F 11:45 am - 2:45 pm
• Afternoon and weekend practices: Th & F 5:30 -7 pm, Sat & Sun 9:30 am -10:30 am

Swim & Dive Team Picture & Ice Cream Fun Day - Wednesday, July 11th beginning at 10:00 am - with pictures first followed by ice cream.

Also, please make sure to let Coach Anita know if you will be in town for champs July 9th & 10th.
