Here are the dive activities for this week:

I will not be at the Bethesda meet on Monday, so if my judges could please let Christina Winn know if they can judge, we will need 5 judges. Thank you in advance.

Away Dive meet against Bethesda - Monday, July 2nd at 6 pm - we begin warm ups at 5:30 pm so please be on the pool deck and ready to start warms ups by 5:30 pm. Please make sure to let Coach Anita know if you will be attending and what dives you will be doing. We will need 5 judges.

Away Dive "B" meet & Synchro @ WGCC - Sunday, July 8th at 8 am - we begin warm ups at 7:30 am. Please note that this dive meet is only for those that need or will need a 3rd meet to qualify for Champs.  We have a limited time for this meet so we ask that you only attend if you need that 3rd meet. 

The Synchro Meet will start warms ups around 10 am and start will begin at 10:30 am.

Please make sure to let Coach Anita know if you will be attending and what dives you will be doing. We will be 1 or 2 judges for the meet.

Practices:

• Morning practices begin M-F 11:45 am - 2:45 pm
• Afternoon and weekend practices: Th & F 5:30 -7 pm, Sat & Sun 9:30 am -10:30 am

Yellow Ribbon Aquathon on July 6th at 8 am.
